Eligibility & Evaluation
Contractors must be located within 125 miles of the Nolin River Lake Office (2150 Nolin Dam Road, Bee Spring, KY 42207) to be considered. Selection will be based on the lowest price, and up to four BPAs will be awarded. Future projects will be competed exclusively among the established BPA pool contractors, with individual calls awarded to the lowest price offered.
