Submission Requirements
This is a Notice of Proposed Contract Action (NOPCA) / Sources Sought Synopsis, not a solicitation. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Green Hills Software, Inc., in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1).
If a firm believes it is capable of meeting this requirement, it may identify its interest and capability by submitting a written qualification package to the Contract Officer, Rachel Sexton (rachel.sexton@us.af.mil), and Contract Specialist, Victor Quiroz (victor.quiroz@us.af.mil). The package must include:
- Contractor name and phone number
- A brief statement detailing capabilities to perform these services
- A list of names and phone numbers for which these services were performed
- Type of business, including size (large/small), socio-economic classification, and U.S./foreign ownership
- Crucially, documented approval for performing these services from Green Hills Software Inc.
