Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide minor construction services for the furnishing and installation of a fully operational greenhouse system at Jeehdeez'a Elementary School to support STEM education, sustainability initiatives, and agricultural learning.

• Furnish and install one (1) Gothic Arch School Science Greenhouse Package (or equal), 16'W x 36'L x 8' sidewall height.

• Provide complete site preparation, including grading, leveling, and subgrade preparation.

• Construct a reinforced concrete slab foundation (minimum 6 inches thick, 3000 PSI concrete).

• Provide and install all required utility connections (electrical, potable water, and LP gas).
