Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To remove existing exterior covering from two greenhouses (Building 07 and 17) and replace it with new steel siding.

• Demo/Removal: Remove existing stucco, foam, and wire mesh from the lower concrete walls of two greenhouses. The exterior dimensions for each greenhouse are approximately 460 linear feet by 3 feet high. Disposal or recycling of the removed material is the contractor's responsibility.

• Drainage Ports: Replace approximately 50 linear feet of 1.5-inch PVC on the east greenhouse and 100 linear feet on the west greenhouse. Re-attach drainage lines to the new PVC and the finished wall.

• Lightning Rod Cables: Re-attach two existing lightning rod cables (one on the east greenhouse, northeast side; one on the west greenhouse, southwest corner) after new wall installation.

• Water Spigots: Ensure one water spigot on the south end of each greenhouse remains accessible.

• Steel Siding Installation: Install approximately 460 linear feet by 3 feet high of commercial-grade steel siding (minimum 26 gauge).
