Scope of Work

This requirement is for the procurement and installation of heavy-duty gas griddles. Key specifications include:

• Griddle: 72-inch wide, 31-1/2 inch deep, 15-1/4 inch high, with a 1-inch thick polished steel griddle plate.
• Construction: Stainless steel front, sides, and front top ledge; fully welded stainless and aluminized steel body frame.
• Burners: 6 burners, 162,000 BTU total, with one 27,000 BTU/hr U-shaped aluminized steel burner for every 12 inches of griddle width.
• Features: 11-inch low profile cooking height on 6-inch legs, 12-gauge 4-inch stainless steel back and tapered side splashes, spatula-wide 3-1/2 inch grease gutter, two 6-quart stainless steel grease drawers, heavy-duty chromed thermostat knob guards, and a 3/4-inch rear gas connection with regulator.
• Accessories: Four 1/2-inch x 4ft long gas flex hoses with quick disconnects, four universal equipment stands (STAND/C-72SA72) 24-inch high with undershelf and 5-inch casters, and three griddle banking strips.
• Services: Delivery of equipment with all power and water lines for installation to existing supply lines. Unpacking, installation, connection, and assembly of new equipment and water filter system to existing supply lines. Removal and disposal of all rubbish. Testing of equipment for full operational status in the presence of the POC prior to departure.
