Scope of Work

All vehicles must be gas-powered, capable of operating on grass, gravel, and tarmac, and equipped with headlights, taillights, sun canopies/roofs, and windshields. An optional CLIN for on-site technical support and maintenance is also requested.
Logistics & Base Access
- Delivery: Monday, August 24, 2026, by 10:00 AM (Local Time).
- Pick-up: Tuesday, September 1, 2026, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (Local Time).
- Location: Non-flight line side of Base Operations (Bldg 600), Grissom ARB, IN 46971.
- Security: Drivers must pass a background check and possess valid ID. Commercial delivery trucks require inspection at the base gate (Mon-Fri, 0815-1545).
- Fuel Policy: The Government will refuel daily; vehicles will not be returned with full tanks, and no post-rental refueling fees should apply.
