Key Requirements
A Technical Data Package (TDP) is available and required for understanding the specifications. Access to the TDP is export-controlled (Distribution Statement D) and requires Joint Certification Program (JCP) certification (DD 2345). Vendors must request access via SAM.gov. First Article Testing (FAT) will be required for the manufactured kits. All distributed technical data must be destroyed upon completion of its purpose.

Proprietary or confidential information must be clearly marked, and a release statement for Army personnel is required if proprietary data is included.
