Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide comprehensive grounds maintenance services for the Jacksonville Air Route Traffic Control Center (ZJX) facility, ensuring the entire area is kept in a manicured state year-round.

The contractor will be responsible for a variety of grounds maintenance tasks across approximately 25.25 acres, divided into five areas. Services include:

• Mowing
• Weed eating (including fences and ditches)
• Edging
• Blowing parking lots, sidewalks, and concrete areas
• Tree and shrub pruning
• Dead vegetation pick-up
• Trash collection and disposal of vegetation (on-site dumpster provided)
• Under brushing
• Mulching
• Ditch cleaning

Specific tasks and frequencies vary by area, with some areas requiring more frequent attention during spring/summer months.

• All areas must be maintained in a manicured state year-round.

• Concrete areas around the Center Building must be blown free of vegetation with every service visit.

• Hedges around the Center Building require monthly trimming or as needed.

• Tasks are generally required 3-4 times per month year-round, with some seasonal adjustments.
