Scope of Work

Services cover the growing season from March 15 through December 15 and include:
- Improved Grounds Maintenance: Mowing, edging, trimming, weed control, debris/leaf removal, lawn conditioning, and pest control.
- Semi-Improved and Un-Improved Grounds Maintenance: Mowing and trimming to prevent woody encroachment.
- Vegetative Beds, Inert Beds, Rock Beds: Maintenance including fertilizing, watering, weeding, mulching, and plant replacement.
- Surface Drainage Ditches: Maintenance to ensure clear flow.
- Special Requirements: Tree care (pruning, bracing, cabling, stump removal), emergency services, and planting.
