Snow and Ice Removal is required on a per-event basis, with priority walkways (3-foot width) and paved areas to be cleared within one hour of snowfall ending or unsafe conditions, triggered by one inch of accumulation. An Irrigation System Survey is also required, including documentation of deficiencies and a price proposal for necessary repairs.

Contractors must provide weekly work plans and follow-up reports with photos.
