- High Visibility (Improved) Areas (44 acres): Intensive maintenance including mowing (2-4 inch height), edging, trimming, debris removal, litter control, and athletic field maintenance.
- Common Areas (Semi-Improved) (824 acres): Focus on erosion control, mowing (4-8 inch height), trimming, and litter removal.
- Unimproved Areas (551 acres): Mowing for pest/fire hazard control and erosion control (4-14 inch height), trimming, and litter removal.
- Service Calls: Procedures for unscheduled grounds maintenance with a 3-hour response during duty hours and 8-hour response during non-duty hours.
- Removed Services (per Amendment 0001): Turf replacement, leaf/debris removal, tree/shrub planting and maintenance, fertilization, policing of areas, tree/stump removal, and irrigation operations are no longer part of the scope.
