- Mowing, trimming, fertilizing, edging, and weed control.
- General cleanup, mulch placement, erosion control, and leaf removal.
- Pruning, bed preparation, annual flower planting, and irrigation system maintenance (winterization/startup, sprinkler alignment). For 2026, services (excluding mowing) that would have been performed in April, May, or June must be completed within two weeks of award or as negotiated.
