Scope of Work

The calibration service also includes a Technology Service Agreement (TAS) covering software updates, hardware repairs (excluding units beyond economic repair), and ISO 17025 factory calibration with data. The TAS term is 1 year, with one calibration per unit per term, and existing TAS terms can be extended.
