This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products/services for the replacement of a John Deere 644K Loader Engine for Grand Teton National Park. The National Park Service intends to award a firm fixed-price contract. This announcement serves as the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued.

• Replacement of a John Deere 644K Loader Engine.

• The work includes the engine replacement, and the government will handle delivery and pickup of the loader.

• A warranty on parts and service for one year is required.

• Period of Performance: To be determined after award, with work to be completed 60 days after award. The estimated period is 02/16/2026 to 04/30/2026.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To procure the purchase and installation of a replacement engine for a 2011 John Deere 644K Loader (VIN: 1DW644K2CBE641000) for the Grand Teton National Park Service Emergency Services Division.

• Replace the existing engine with a remanufactured engine that matches or exceeds Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications.
• Replace all necessary parts to ensure proper and reliable performance.
• Provide all necessary shop supplies and disposals.
• Guarantee all work and components/parts for a period of 2 years from completion and pick-up date.
• Ensure all vehicle systems and accessories are functioning properly, with specific attention to the correct operation of any additional accessory and/or patient/medical box.

The equipment installation and commissioning period of performance will be completed within 60 days after contract award.

Grand Teton National Park will assume all responsibility for picking up or otherwise transporting the vehicle once the work is complete.
