Scope of Work

Auction and Marshalling Site Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Advising on optimal disposition strategies, including for specialty and Zero Emission Vehicles (ZEVs).
- Performing full vehicle inspections, condition reporting, and imagery capture.
- Recommending repairs and pricing to maximize return on investment.
- Creating and executing marketing plans for public sales.
- Electronic inventory management and documentation support.
- Bidder/buyer management, payment collection, and customer service.
- Storing, servicing, and remarketing electric vehicles, including charging infrastructure.
- Preparing vehicles for sale (reconditioning, maintenance, equipment removal).
- Providing an internet sales platform with global reach.
Marshalling Only Site Tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Transporting vehicles to and from vendor locations.
- Inspecting vehicles upon delivery and performing telematics device installation/activation.
- Validating new vehicles, performing pre-delivery inspections (PDI), and preparing for customer receipt.
- Providing driver education for new vehicles, especially EVs.
- Managing vehicle fuel and charge levels, and scaling charging capabilities for EVs.
- Processing shipment/delivery documentation and managing vehicle appointments.
