- Auction & Marshalling: Advising on optimal disposition strategies, performing full vehicle inspections and condition reporting (including high-definition imagery/video), recommending repairs and pricing, creating marketing plans, electronic inventory management, supporting documentation, bidder/buyer management, payment collection, customer service, storing/servicing/remarketing EVs (including charging infrastructure), transporting vehicles, reconditioning, test drives, and ensuring security/storage.
- Marshalling Only: Transporting vehicles, inspecting upon delivery, telematics device installation/activation, validating new vehicles, performing pre-delivery inspections (PDI), preparing vehicles for customer receipt, providing driver education, offering EV management and charging expertise, maintaining fuel/charge levels, processing documentation, managing appointments, confirming vehicle assignments/terminations, and ensuring security/storage.
