This RFI is issued by the General Services Administration (GSA) Office of Fleet Management (GSA Fleet) to gather information on contractor support for vehicle auction and marshalling services, or marshalling-only services for Government vehicles. The goal is to understand industry capabilities and best practices to modernize GSA's public vehicle sales model.

Services sought include:

• Advising on optimal disposition strategies for various vehicle types (including specialty and electric vehicles).

• Performing detailed vehicle inspections and condition reporting.

• Recommending repairs and pricing for maximum return on investment.

• Creating and executing marketing plans for vehicle sales.

• Managing electronic inventory and disposition documentation.

• Supporting bidder/buyer management and payment collection.

• Offering services for electric vehicle charging infrastructure and management.

• Preparing vehicles for sale, including reconditioning and repairs.

• Providing end-to-end customer service throughout the sales process.

• Services are required on or about June 1, 2026 – May 31, 2027.

• Interested parties must be located within 50 miles of Richland, WA.

• The vendor must be the owner or legal lessee of the facility; facility costs are not reimbursable.

• Responses are due by February 20, 2026, 1:00 p.m. Central.

• Submissions must be in Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or .pdf format.

• Responses are limited to 15 pages (including company info, technical answers, and supporting documentation).

• Specific formatting requirements include Calibri, Arial, or Times New Roman font, size 11, single line spacing.

• Questions are due by February 9, 2026, 1:00 p.m. Central.

• This RFI is open to the general public, including individuals, businesses, and government entities.

• The government is seeking to broaden market presence and expand public participation.

• This is a Request for Information ONLY and is not a solicitation, IFB, RFP, or RFQ.

• The government is not obligated to make an award based on this RFI.

• Costs incurred in response to this RFI will not be reimbursed.
