Scope of Work
The awarded contractor will provide comprehensive marshalling services, including new vehicle delivery inspection, license plate and GSA Fleet Services Card management, vehicle release to customers, receiving and preparing used vehicles, telematics device installation/removal, fueling, charging, and various vehicle movement services. Optional services include notary, test drives, enhanced imagery, and condition reporting. The SOW also details optional sales preparation services (e.g., inspections, reconditioning, digital imagery), administrative vehicle sales services (e.g., marketing, inventory management, payment collection via GSAFleet.gov), and in-lane vehicle sales support.
Contract Details
- Type: Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) resulting from a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (RFP).

Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and self-certify they are not suspended or debarred.
