• Evaluation: The acquisition will use the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection method. Price is more important than technical/non-price factors. Awards will be made to the lowest evaluated price of quotations meeting or exceeding acceptability standards.

• Minimum Requirements: Vendors must submit complete documentation, offer prices in accordance with open market pricing with potential for additional discounts, be submitted by a Team Lead (if applicable), identify SAM UEI for all team members, and be registered in SAM with no active exclusions.
