- Modifications and replacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing/piping systems.
- Special competencies for membrane roofing, asbestos abatement, lead-based paint abatement, and hazardous material abatement.
- Planning, scheduling, and coordination of construction and design. Anticipated task orders will range from $100,000.00 to $5 million.

- Period of Performance: One base year with four one-year option years (potential five-year total).
