  • Housing immigration, probation, public defenders, and/or social services offices without separate entrances, elevators, and parking.
  • Located in a shopping mall or center.
  • Housing daycare, abortion, mental health, or drug rehabilitation clinics.
  • Having public/metered parking directly in front, behind, or next to the building.
  • Less than 1,000 feet from schools, hospitals, prisons, or certain clinics/facilities.
  • In a crime statistical area 10 times greater than the National average.
  • Lacking secured parking for Government vehicles.
