The General Services Administration (GSA) Center for Charge Card Management (CCCM) is hosting a virtual Industry Day from May 19-21, 2026, to engage stakeholders on the future GSA SmartPay® 4 program and its potential acquisition. This Special Notice is for market research to gather industry capabilities for the next iteration of GSA SmartPay master contracts.

Purpose & Scope

The GSA SmartPay program provides commercial charge card and payment services to approximately 250 federal agencies. CCCM is conducting market research for the development of the GSA SmartPay 4 master contract(s). The event aims to:

  • Facilitate collaboration on the future GSA SmartPay program.
  • Gather information on industry capabilities.
  • Provide agencies an opportunity to present their program needs and challenges.
  • Allow industry partners to present their offerings in breakout sessions.

Event Details

  • Dates: May 19-21, 2026 (Virtual)
  • Day 1 (May 19, 8am-5pm ET): Open to all stakeholders. Features presentations on GSA programs (e.g., GSA Advantage, GO.gov, FedRAMP) and agency-specific needs. Industry partners can ask questions.
  • Days 2 & 3 (May 21-22): Breakout sessions where industry partners can present their offerings and tools to GSA and agency personnel. These sessions are limited to the presenting industry partner and government staff.

Key Actions & Deadlines

  • Registration Deadline: April 15, 2026.
  • Attendees: Each interested party is capped at three (3) representatives.
  • Registration Process: Complete the attached "GSA SmartPay Virtual Industry Day Registration Form.xlsx" for all attendees.
  • Presentation Interest: Companies wishing to provide a virtual presentation during breakout sessions must indicate interest on the registration form. Presentation slots are first-come, first-served, with notifications by April 21, 2026.
  • Submission: Email the completed registration form to SPcard@gsa.gov and lora.bradford@gsa.gov. The email subject line must be "Registration: GSA SmartPay Virtual Industry Day Event".

This announcement is for market research and acquisition planning purposes only and is not a solicitation or a commitment by the Government. An RFI for feedback on the current GSA SmartPay 3 master contract is estimated to be published in early April 2026. The event will be recorded and transcribed.
