Purpose
GSA CCCM, responsible for the government-wide GSA SmartPay program, is conducting market research for the next iteration of master contract(s), tentatively named GSA SmartPay 4. The Industry Day aims to gather information on industry capabilities and specific feedback on the current GSA SmartPay 3 master contract, as detailed in RFI 2 - Next Generation of the GSA SmartPay® Master Contract (Notice ID: 47QRAB26N0002).
Event Overview
The virtual Industry Day is structured as follows:
- Day 1 (May 19, 2026, 8am-5pm ET): Open to all stakeholders. Participants will learn about GSA programs interfacing with SmartPay (e.g., GSA Advantage, GO.gov, FedRAMP) and hear from government agencies about their program needs, challenges, and future expectations. Industry partners may ask questions.
- Days 2 & 3 (May 20-21, 2026): Breakout sessions for industry partners to present offerings and tools to GSA and agency personnel. Note: Presentation time slots were booked as of April 22, 2026, and new requests will not be honored.
Registration Details
- Attendee Limit: Each interested party is capped at ten (10) representatives for virtual attendance.
- Registration Form: The attached registration form (
GSA SmartPay Registration Form-04.03.2026.xlsx) must be completed for each company, listing all attendees. - Submission: Completed forms must be submitted by Thursday, April 30, 2026, via email to SPcard@gsa.gov and lora.bradford@gsa.gov. The email subject line must be "Registration: GSA SmartPay Virtual Industry Day Event".
- Presentation Slots: Companies interested in presenting were required to indicate interest on the registration form. All presentation time slots for Days 2 & 3 are now fully booked. Companies that requested a slot were to be notified by April 29, 2026.
