The Department of State (DOS) intent is to award multiple awards (up to five) indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contracts as a result of this solicitation. The request for proposal is hereby attached for RFP_19AQMM25R0021 GTM Lodging for long term/short term, and fully furnished housing for the Department of State personnel assigned for training at the Foreign Service Institute (FSI) campus at the George P. Shultz National Foreign Affairs Training Center, Arlington Hall, 4020 Arlington Boulevard, Arlington, Virginia 22204; personnel on medivac orders to the Washington D.C. area; as well as any other needs in the Washington D.C. area requested by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
