Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive janitorial and custodial services for kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas of the two Quarters buildings. Services include:
- Cleaning Services: Performed twice monthly (second and fourth week).
- Preventative Maintenance: General interior systems preventative maintenance for each Quarters, conducted quarterly.
- Supplies & Equipment: Contractor is responsible for all labor, supervision, cleaning supplies, and equipment. The Government will provide a washer, dryer, and cleaning detergent.
- Safety: Adherence to all safety guidelines, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required by OSHA, EPA, CDC, and territorial standards.
- Reporting: Prompt reporting of any equipment or facility issues/damage within 24 hours.
- Site Considerations: No storage of equipment or materials east of the Office building; no smoking on Federal land.
Contract & Timeline
