- Support: Contractors will be required to subcontract with specialized providers, procure parts/materials, and provide as-built drawings. - Contractor Info Sheet: Requires company details, CAGE Code, confirmation of Small Business status under NAICS 336611, socioeconomic program participation (e.g., 8(a)), up to three relevant past projects (within last 3 years, similar scope/magnitude, including firm's role, self-performed percentage, value, dates, client POC), and current manning levels by craft.
- Feedback for Government Sheet (Optional): Opportunity to provide constructive feedback on proposed scope, set-aside strategy, LPTA methodology, fully burdened ceiling labor/indirect rates, evaluation factors, and the 5-year ordering period. The completed workbook (two worksheets) must not exceed four single-sided pages.
