GUATEMALA - Cell Phones and Accessories

• Fifty (50) protective cases (OEM or high-quality, drop protection minimum 6 feet).
• One hundred (100) screen protectors (tempered glass, 9H hardness, case-friendly). All items must be brand new (not refurbished), factory unlocked, and compatible with major Guatemalan carriers. Devices must have Spanish and English language support pre-installed. All items are to be shipped in one single package.

Contract & Timeline

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Purchase Order.
• Period of Performance: Delivery within forty-five (45) calendar days after purchase order award.
• Warranty: Manufacturer's standard warranty of 2 years.
• Response Due: April 13, 2026, by 17:00 hours.
• Questions Due: March 27, 2026, by 17:00 hours.
• Published: March 19, 2026.

Evaluation & Submission

• Evaluation Criteria: Lowest priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) on an "all or none" basis.
• Submission Method: Offers must be submitted via email to GuatemalaBids@state.gov.
• Proposal Language: Proposals must be in English.
• Email Requirements: Bids should not contain attachments greater than 10MB. Quotation documents should be .pdf, .tif, or .gif files only.

• Registration: Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to offer submission.

Additional Notes

• Value Added Tax (VAT) is not included in CLIN rates; an IVA exemption form will be provided.
• Prices should be in U.S. Dollars or Quetzales.
• Payment terms are Net 30 days after receipt of valid invoice. Invoices must be submitted electronically through the payment portal.
