Scope of Work

- 5 units similar to or equal to Apple iPhone 16 PM 256GB (16 Pro Max, 256GB, Black Titanium).
- 60 units similar to or equal to Samsung Galaxy S24 FE (E-Sim+Sim, Black).
- Condition: All devices must be brand new, not refurbished.
- Delivery: All items must be shipped in one package to a designated Miami Warehouse (SUVI Global Services, Doral, FL) no later than sixty (60) calendar days after award notification.
- Value Added Tax (VAT): Not included in CLIN rates; will be priced as a separate line item. The Embassy will provide an IVA exemption form.

Proposals must be in English; incomplete proposals will not be accepted. Offerors must confirm inventory of required cellphones and add CLIN rates if necessary. HAZMAT MSDS information must be attached to the PO. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject non-compliant or unreasonably high quotations.
