Scope of Work

This solicitation requires the provision of an IBIS ClearCase Automated Cartridge Case Triage System (or equal), which must include specific technical capabilities such as automated loading, continuous acquisition, a rotating carousel, high-resolution 3D imaging, non-contact evidence handling, and cloud-based data management. The equipment must be new and unused. Additional required items include a UPS (minimum 15 minutes backup), 20 Triage Casing Holders, 500 Sterile Tubes, and 2500 NFC Tags (tamper-proof and standard).

Key deliverables include:

  • Installation: Site preparation, equipment testing, integration, configuration, and technical assistance within 30 calendar days of equipment arrival in Guatemala.
  • Shipping & Delivery: Delivery to a designated Miami warehouse within 45 calendar days after award, with final delivery to Guatemala City. Packaging must comply with ISPM15 standards.
  • Training: On-site training in Spanish for 40 INACIF Ballistics Laboratory experts (two groups of 20, 8 hours each). Training will cover system operation, software management, fault detection, and common malpractices, delivered by qualified personnel.
  • Maintenance: A base year (12 months) of support, plus four option years. This includes a 24/7 Spanish telephone hotline, email support, remote support, on-site diagnosis (within 48 hours if needed), on-site repair (within 10 calendar days with spare parts), and a minimum of two preventive maintenance visits per year. A technical support commitment for at least 5 years after delivery is required.

Contract Details

Additional Notes

Value Added Tax (VAT) is not included in CLIN rates and will be included on invoices. An IVA form for 12% tax will be provided. All manuals shall be furnished in English and Spanish.
