Purpose & Scope
This is a Sources Sought announcement, not a solicitation, issued to conduct market research and identify potential suppliers for Guldmann Ceiling Lift Systems. - Installation: "White Glove" installation for two units in Rooms A122 and A126, completed one room per day over two consecutive days. This includes all installation hardware, tools, functional/load testing, calibration, and correction of deficiencies. Above-ceiling work requires facility permits, and contractors must check in for access badges.
- Training: On-site, in-service training for designated VA staff on safe use, weighing functions, and basic maintenance, accompanied by user manuals and maintenance guides.
