This solicitation is for the procurement of Guldmann ceiling patient lifts and associated structural attachments for the Harry S Truman VA Medical Center - Multi-Specialty CBOC – Rolla. The purpose is to outfit the new facility with equipment to assist with patient transfers, repositioning, ambulation, and therapy.

• Guldmann GH3+ Ceiling Track Lifts with various configurations (standard, gait training loop, extended rail).

• Lifts must have a minimum Safe Working Load (SWL) of 825 lbs (500 lbs for gait training).

• Specific technical requirements include motorized lifting, charging methods, material specifications, and safety features.

• Structural supports and attachments to the building deck structure are also required.

• "White glove" installation is mandatory for all products.

• A two-year manufacturer's warranty is required.

• This will result in a Firm Fixed Price, FOB Destination Purchase Order.

• Estimated delivery dates for equipment are March 2-20, 2026. Installation of tracks and attachments is scheduled from March 27, 2026, to May 5, 2026, with specific dates to be confirmed upon award.

• Offers must be submitted electronically via email by 11:00 AM CT on March 03, 2025.

• Offers must be submitted in two parts: Priced Response and Non-Priced Response.
