Scope of Work

This includes HEPA vacuuming, D-lead wiping, and the collection, handling, management, and transportation of all hazardous waste (ballistics rubber, lead fragments, dust) in accordance with federal, state, local, and Marine Corps regulations. The scope also covers the installation of new fire-retardant ballistics rubber and immediate cleanup of any spills.
Performance Standards & Requirements
Work must comply with all federal, state, and local regulations, including OSHA, EPA RCRA, DOT, and Navy/Marine Corps NOSH standards, ensuring no lead fragment or dust release. A completed hazardous waste manifest is required within thirty (30) days of final disposal. Contract Details & Period of Performance
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items. The award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is most advantageous to the Government, considering price and other factors. Quotes must be valid for 90 days, with FOB Destination pricing preferred. Work will be performed at the MDMC indoor 100-meter gun range in Albany, GA, during normal operating hours (Monday-Friday, 0730-1700, except Federal Holidays), scheduled with MDMC personnel when the range is not in use.
Submission & Evaluation
Quotes are due by April 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM UTC and must be emailed to malik.jones-pierre@usmc.mil. Questions must be submitted via email within 24 hours of RFQ receipt.
