This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ.) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions/clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03 (11 June 2025), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change 17 January 2025, and Service Contract Act Wage Determination #2015-5693, Revision #24.A Small Business, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is anticipated to be awarded to the business concern through the procedures of FAR subsection 16.202 Firm-fixed-price contracts. The quotations shall be evaluated based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is NAICS 721110 Hotels (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, Size Standard $40,000,000. Responders should include all documents and information requested submitted in accordance with the instructions herein.
