• Construction of an 84-foot dry creek (approx. 3 feet wide) on three sides of the evidence pod, stabilized with rip rap rock over filter fabric.
• Provision of all necessary labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision.
• Contractor must possess all applicable licenses, permits, and insurance.
