Quick Summary
The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit is soliciting quotations for a Gym Ceiling and Lights Project at the Markey National Court Complex in Washington, DC. This is a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Request for Quotation (RFQ), not a Small Business Set-Aside. Quotations are due by June 18, 2026, at 4:00 PM ET.
Scope of Work
The project involves construction work for both the gym ceiling and the corridor outside the gym:
- Gym Ceiling: Demolition of the existing ceiling grid and lights, followed by the installation of a new 2x2 Armstrong ceiling grid (Suprafine XL 7500) and tiles (558). New 2x2 LED light fixtures (Lithonia Lighting) will be installed to achieve 50-75 foot candles.
- Corridor Outside Gym: Removal of existing lockers and installation of 15 court-provided All Wood Lockers (Model HPL Club Locker) with matching end panels.
