- Service Ticket Submission: Required for all services performed, detailing work done, equipment serviced, and recommended repairs.
- Unscheduled Maintenance Response: Contractor must contact the Technical Point of Contact (TPOC) within 24 business hours to schedule repairs.
- Working Hours: On-site service is typically Monday-Friday, 0700-1530, with coordination for off-hours work.
- Warranty: One (1) year warranty on workmanship, materials, and parts from final acceptance, excluding misuse or normal wear and tear.
