Scope of Work
This contract requires the provision of 45-minute gymnastics classes for various age groups:

- "Little Hoppers": 4-6 years
- "Youth Gymnastics": 7-10 years
Instruction includes labor, transportation, and materials. Classes are to be held on Mondays or Fridays at mutually agreed-upon times and locations within JBMDL.
Performance Standards & Requirements
- Class Size: Minimum 10 students, maximum 16 students per class.
- Preparation: Contractor must arrive 15 minutes prior to each lesson to prepare the area.
- Reporting: Maintain attendance and performance records, and submit monthly attendance reports.
- Insurance: Provide proof of current Personal Liability Insurance of at least $300,000.
- Experience: Contractor must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in gymnastics instruction.
- Personnel: All instructors must complete background checks (IRC, FBI fingerprint, NAC/NACI), Air Force training, and child abuse prevention training. Two professional reference checks are required.
- Installation Access: Adhere to JBMDL installation entry control procedures and policies.
- Payment: Fees for classes are paid directly by participants to the Youth Center.
- Marketing: Marketing and advertising will be handled by the government Point of Contact (POC).
