• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the responsible offeror who is the lowest price technically acceptable. Offerors must be small businesses, demonstrate exact part numbers and quantities, provide a delivery date no later than six (6) months after receipt of offer (ARO), and have acceptable or neutral past performance in the Supplier Performance Risk System.

• Offerors must be considered a small business under the NAICS code of the solicitation.

• Requires registration with the System for Award Management (SAM) and must be "ACTIVE" at the time of award.

• Requires an active Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 (self-assessment) through the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS).
