- Monthly, quarterly, and annual testing of utility water, critical water, and steam.
- Remote WMP support via a web-based data management site with 24/7 access, customized dashboards, and out-of-parameter notifications.
- Collection of water samples from specified locations (e.g., Boiler Plant RO Supply, DI post port, washer/disinfectors, sinks, steam sterilizers).
- Performance of specific tests: onsite chemistry, Heterotrophic Plate Count (HPC), and Limulus Amebocyte Lysate (LAL) for critical water; chemistry, HPC, and Ionics for utility water and steam.
- Provision of up to 16 emergency re-tests per non-conforming site.
- Supply of all necessary sampling materials.
- Ensuring the testing laboratory is CDC ELITE certified and has environmental microbiology accreditation.
