Scope of Work
The VA requires a contractor to provide all labor, parts, supplies, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, trained personnel, and management for non-personal services related to air emission testing. Key requirements include:
- Conducting air emission stack testing on three (3) facility natural gas generators.
- Testing shall include a 1-hour run for Nitrogen Oxides (NOx), Carbon Monoxide (CO), Moisture Content, Oxygen (O2), Non-Methane Volatile Organic Compound (VOC), and any other contaminant subject to NSPS 40 CFR 60.4243(b)(2) on each generator.
- Providing a summary of the regulatory status of each generator, a comprehensive air emission report with calculations and recommendations, and proof of submission of the testing protocol and final report to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ).
- The contractor must be certified by the Louisiana Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (LELAP).
