Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial services, issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). It is a 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) under NAICS 541990. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for Negative Air Pressure Testing Services.

• Bi-annual air change measurements and calculations for numerous rooms within the North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System.

• Determination of air changes per hour and differential pressure relationships for negative or positive pressure rooms.

• Documentation of compliance with JAHCO, Infection Control, and CDC procedures.

• Deliverables include a report in spreadsheet (CSV file) format detailing room location, number, use/type, measurements, calculations, required air changes, pressure relationships, and pass/fail status.
