Scope of Work

The requirement is to provide comprehensive engineering services for the development of Maritime Command and Control (C2) systems, Warfare/Weapons Control systems, and future warfare development. H20 supports critical programs and systems including Littoral Combat Ship (LCS) Mission Package, Surface Launcher System (SLS), Vertical Launching Systems (VLS), AN/SQQ-89, Undersea Warfare (USW)/Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Combat Systems, Aegis Weapons and Fire Control, Autonomous and Unmanned Systems, Electromagnetic Maneuver Warfare (EMW), Information Warfare/Big Data, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Contractor support will span technical and engineering stages such as systems development, testing, integration, fielding, quality assurance (QA), certification, and maintenance. Key systems engineering activities include concept definition, system architecture, design, requirements development and management, interface management, security engineering, systems certification, communications and network engineering, hardware design and integration, system interoperability, integrated logistics, training, fleet support, tactics and operations, mission engineering, metrics collection, modeling, and simulations. Additional duties encompass business operational and financial support, technical writing, documentation, configuration management, database maintenance, information assurance (IA), and system administration.
