Scope of Work

- Development and annual recertification of a Water Management Operation Plan.
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual sampling and testing of Utility Water, Critical Water, and Steam Condensate.
- Testing for parameters such as pH, Conductivity, Total Alkalinity, Total Hardness, Bacteria (Heterotrophic Plate Count), Endotoxins, Total Organic Carbon, and Ionic Contaminants.
- Laboratory analysis must comply with AAMI ST108:2023 standards and VHA Directive 1116(2).
- Provision of secure, web-based reporting with exportable reports (Excel, PDF).
- Prompt notification of positive sampling results within 24 hours.
- Analytical reports to be provided within 7 calendar days of lab receipt.
- Contractor is responsible for all sampling supplies, containers, shipping labels, and transportation costs.
- Contractor must provide water testing equipment or lab certification, and staff must adhere to facility PPE and safety practices.
