Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all necessary resources for the annual inspection, testing, and certification of top door alarms. Key services include:
- Inspecting and testing top door alarms and associated hardware components (strobes, key switches, audible alarms, doors, hinges, header assemblies, door switch assemblies).
- Conducting walk and press tests for door alarm systems.
- Providing written inspection results and annual certification.
- Replacing backup batteries biannually as required.
- Performing services in specific rooms within Building 140, including Rooms 131, 132, 135, 137, 140, 141, 144, 154, 155, 158, 159, 162, 163, 170, 173, 174, 177, 178, 181, 182, and the Nurses’ Station keypad. A Not-To-Exceed parts allowance of $5,000 annually is authorized for certified Door Switch TDS manufacturer replacement parts.
