Key tasks include inspecting and servicing associated hardware such as strobes, key switches, audible alarms, doors, hinges, and door switch assemblies. Biannual replacement of backup batteries, conducting walk and press tests, and generating event log reports are also required. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, tools, management, travel, and equipment. Personnel will require fingerprinting and PIV badges for facility access and must adhere to all VA safety, security, and drug-free policies.
Contract Details
This is a Firm-Fixed Price contract issued under FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) and FAR Part 13 (Simplified Acquisition Procedures). The Period of Performance includes a base year from June 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027, followed by four (4) one-year option periods.
