Scope of Work
The requirement is for the inspection, cleaning, and lining of two 25,000-gallon domestic cold water storage tanks located on the 14th floor of the Stratton VA Medical Center in Albany, NY. These tanks are critical for supplying potable domestic water and provide redundancy for the fire protection system. Key tasks include:
- Review of existing equipment files.
- External visual inspection (VT) and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) using ultrasonic thickness testing (UTT).

- Adherence to OSHA confined space entry procedures, including continuous air monitoring and rescue services.
