Scope of Work
The RLRVMC requires services to test, balance, adjust, and certify air flow and pressures in 138 identified "Pressure Critical Areas" within its one million+ square foot medical facility. The contractor must be a National Environmental Balancing Bureau (NEBB) certified contractor whose primary business is TAB of HVAC systems. The scope includes providing all necessary materials, equipment, calibration instruments, software, NEBB certified labor, and supervision. The work involves verifying room dimensions, measuring air volumes, and confirming airflow directions to maintain required air changes per hour. NEBB certified reports are required upon completion.
