Scope of Work

Set-Aside & Eligibility

Offerors must be certified as an SDVOSB and listed in the SBA certification database at the time of offer and award. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award. The contractor must comply with limitations on subcontracting (50% for services).
Submission & Evaluation
Offers are due by 12:00 PM EDT on June 9, 2026. Evaluation will be based on Technical or Quality, Past Performance, and Price using a comparative evaluation process. The Government reserves the right to select an offer other than the lowest price if it provides the best benefit.
