The VA requires all supervision, labor, equipment, travel, and supplies for comprehensive elevator and dumbwaiter inspections. Services include:

- Five-Year Load Tests for elevators and dumbwaiters. All inspections must adhere to the latest editions of ASME A17.1, A17.2, and other applicable codes. The contractor will also provide a separate narrative report with findings, recommendations for upgrades/modernization, and submit reports electronically within two weeks. The latest edition of ASME A17.4 Guide for Emergency Evacuation of Passengers from Elevators code book is required with the base year report.
