- Continuous Legionella Protection: Utilizing Sanipur monochloramine generators for secondary disinfection and Sanipur SaniWare remote monitoring panels for domestic hot and cold water systems. (Note: Sanipur systems are mandated due to patent and VHA Directive 1061 compliance).
- Water Quality Monitoring: Continuous monitoring for boiler and cooling tower systems with live feeds.
- Chemical Treatment: Solid chemistry for boilers and chillers.
- Maintenance Services: Initial and annual cleaning of cooling towers; semi-annual preventative maintenance for ice machines; preventative maintenance for RO systems and water softeners.
- Emergency Response: On-site within two hours of notification.
- Compliance: Strict adherence to ANSI/AAMI ST108 and VHA Directive 1061.
