• Offerors must provide a published price list or redacted invoice to support quoted pricing.

• The lead time must be confirmed, and the order must deliver no later than September 15, 2026.

• Bidders must confirm if they accept Pre-Pay and Add Shipping Charges (FOB Destination).

• Any tariff charges must be included in the unit price.

• Bidders should indicate if they offer discounts for DOE or if the order falls under GSA contract pricing.
